  • Client: M. Brian Maher
  • Location: Jersey City, NJ
  • Completion Date: Winter 2008
  • Area: 20,000 square feet

This master plan and feasibility study explored the concept of adding an Interpretive Center for the Port of New York and New Jersey to the current site of the Liberty Science Center, which lies adjacent to the Port. The planned visitor center included a 10,000 sq. ft. exhibition area and an outdoor observation deck.

This work included architectural plans, mission and vision statements, facility plans, a front-end study on public awareness, interest, and familiarity with the port and its operations, exhibition concepts, and an operational plan.
