Marcy Klein
Managing Partner

Marcy has twenty years of museum and business experience in project management, innovative STEM experience design, integrating programs with technology and exhibitions, creative team leadership and managing partnerships. Marcy was Executive Producer of TryScience, a collaboration between IBM and the New York Hall of Science which includes an award winning website (www.tryscience.org) that integrates exhibit and program content from over 500 museums worldwide and over 75 networked kiosks.  As Executive Producer, Marcy managed the front-end development, technical production, conceptual development and design direction.  While at Liberty Science Center, Marcy spearheaded and implemented the award winning ‘Live From’ (www.lsc.org/for-educators/live-from-surgery-program/) surgery experience connecting visitors at the museum with real time surgical procedures in a regional hospital. While at Liberty, she developed the innovative program, Discovery Challenges,  (www.lsc.org/for-educators/stress-free-field-trips/teacher-tools/discovery-challenges/) which connects education materials to exhibits.  The program encourages inquiry and critical thinking and aligns content from exhibits with STEM based standards.

As Executive Director of Stepping Stones Museum for Children, (http://www.steppingstonesmuseum.org/) Marcy managed architecture, construction, exhibit design and fabrication processes during the pre-opening and start-up phases. At the California Science Center, she developed an innovative video conferencing/multimedia exhibit engaging visitors from various locations including the Getty Museum and Los Angeles airport.  In this role, Marcy coordinated the exhibit and media design processes and managed the partnerships between the science center, United Airlines and the Getty Museum.

She has planned and conducted national and international events and presentations showcasing innovative uses of technology in museums.  During her years on Wall Street, Marcy increased productivity and revenues through business development and optimized and managed workflow and production for major investment banks and exchanges
