We are in the midst of a social and technological revolution propelled by advances in communications technology. The quality, quantity, and accessibility of information are making all of us members of one global community. Communication exposed these life-changing technologies and unraveled their complexity. Visitors were able to experience the “information superhighway,” experiment with photonics, work within one of the first networked exhibit experiences to create personal digital art, and produce their own multimedia project.
